Now accepting a small beta group

Your studio history,
kept in one place.

My Archive is a private workspace for artists who need more than a public portfolio. Track the work, places, people, exhibitions, editions, and documents that make up your practice.

A working archive, not just a gallery

Organize the business behind the art.

My Archive connects records that are often scattered across spreadsheets, folders, calendars, and email.

01

Artworks & editions

Keep private artwork records, images, dimensions, categories, prices, editions, and certificates of authenticity.

02

Locations & movement

Know what is in the studio, at a gallery, with a client, at an exhibition, on loan, sold, gifted, or returned.

03

Exhibitions & calendar

Track calls, deadlines, notifications, drop-off and pickup times, participating works, awards, labels, and reports.

04

Customers & direct sales

Maintain your own contacts and record studio sales, donations, commissions, locations, and exhibition context.

05

Documents & presentation

Create COAs, tear sheets, checklists, compact or detailed labels, QR links, and artist-branded archive documents.

06

Overview & communication

See upcoming activity, inventory summaries, financial history, and send questions or beta feedback to Paint&Life.

Private by default

Your archive and Paint&Life representation are separate.

Adding a record to My Archive does not automatically publish it on paintnlife.com, create a consignment, or submit it for Paint&Life sales. You decide when to request Paint&Life review for eligible work.

This makes My Archive useful for your complete practice—including work that remains private or is sold independently.

How beta access works

Start small. Test real studio work. Tell us what should improve.

1. Apply

Tell us about your practice, portfolio, approximate archive size, and the workflows you want to test.

2. Paint&Life reviews

We select a manageable group so we can support each artist and learn from useful, active feedback.

3. Receive access

Accepted artists receive login and setup guidance. Existing Paint&Life artists can use their current account.

4. Test and shape it

Use My Archive with real records and report confusing steps, missing tools, bugs, and priorities.

Please note: This is evolving beta software. Features and layouts may change, and participation does not guarantee Paint&Life representation, consignment, or public listing.

Beta tester application

Would My Archive help your practice?

We are looking for artists willing to test the system actively, use it with real studio records, and share practical feedback.

Applications are reviewed individually. Paint&Life will contact selected testers with access and onboarding details.
